* More TIP 27 updates in tclIOUtil.c and tclIndexObj.c that were
overlooked before. Updated callers.
***POTENTIAL INCOMPATIBILITY***
Includes a source incompatibility in the tablePtr arguments of
the Tcl_GetIndexFromObj* routines.
