* unix/tclUnixFCmd.c: Removed some false tests added
(and left by mistake) by fixing the Tcl Bug: 999544
* unix/tclUnixCompat.c: Added fallback to MT-unsafe
library calls if TCL_THREADS is not defined.
Fixed alignment of arrays copied by CopyArrayi() to be
on the sizeof(char *) boundary.
