* unix/tclUnixThrd.c (TclpReaddir):
* unix/tclUnixPort.h: update to Bug 689100 patch to ensure that
there is a defined value of MAXNAMLEN (aka NAME_MAX in POSIX) and
that we have some buffer allocated.
