* unix/tcl.m4: fixed Darwin autoconf breakage caused by
recent CFLAGS reordering.
* unix/configure: regen
* unix/tclConfig.sh.in: replaced EXTRA_CFLAGS with CFLAGS.
* unix/dltest/Makefile.in: replaced EXTRA_CFLAGS with DEFS.
