Subject: 	Enable thread support under FreeBSD. [Tcl bug 473708]

	* unix/configure: Regen.
	* unix/tcl.m4 (SC_ENABLE_THREADS): Check for pthread functions
	in libc_r and enable thread support if found.
	* unix/dltest/Makefile.in: Set SHLIB_LD_LIBS and use it in
	the Makefile to properly link a shared library.
