use -pipe for gcc on win32 (mingw/cygwin)
make sure that TkpCmapStressed is exported clean up unused Tk_CreatePhotoOption Make more internal arrays "const" FossilOrigin-Name: 9cc7f1a2331c199de4eed2503923906f3935f0a7
