* doc/menu.n: Added note regarding rendering of
checkbuttons/radiobuttons in menubars on different platforms --
some systems do not draw indicators for check/radiobuttons in
menubars.
* library/menu.tcl: Corrected behavior of
checkbuttons/commands/radiobuttons in menubars [Bug: 630].
