* macosx/tkMacOSXWindowEvent.c (GenerateUpdateEvent): fix handling of
Carbon Update events: the QuickDraw window update region was being
ignored and all child TkWindows were sent an Expose XEvent even when
they did not need to be redrawn. [Patch 1589226]
