* unix/configure: Regen.
* unix/configure.in: Invoke SC_ENABLE_SHARED before
calling SC_CONFIG_CFLAGS so that the SHARED_BUILD
variable can be checked inside SC_CONFIG_CFLAGS.
* unix/tcl.m4: Update from Tcl.
