* unix/configure: Regen.
* unix/configure.in: Remove code that was setting
CC_SEARCH_FLAGS and LD_SEARCH_FLAGS to try to
account for cc vs ld linking. Tcl now handles this.
* unix/tcl.m4: Update from Tcl.
