functions to deal properly with XImages copied from screen.
* generic/tkCanvPs.c (TkImageGetColor): MacOSX fix.
* generic/tkImgPhoto.c (ImgPhotoDisplay): enabled alpha blending
for images with partial transparency on MacOSX.
