* macosx/tkMacOSXInt.h: Implemented 'zoomed' window state
* macosx/tkMacOSXWindowEvent.c: handling for TkAqua, via titlebar * macosx/tkMacOSXWm.c: widget clicks as well as [wm state]. * doc/wm.n: [Bug 1073456]
