* macosx/tkMacOSXWm.c (WmIconphotoCmd): Implemented for Win/Unix,
* unix/tkUnixWm.c (WmIconphotoCmd): stubbed out for OS X.
* tests/wm.test, tests/unixWm.test, tests/winWm.test: [Bug 815751]
