* generic/tkImgPhoto.c: Added PhotoFormatThreadExitProc to clean
up on thread exit. (Tk_PhotoPutBlock) slight code updates FossilOrigin-Name: a3ea3bdab15e4ad3a8833f94d5fa22de5d5647bd
