* generic/tkWindow.c: Revised package initialization so that
* unix/Makefile.in: "tkStubsPtr" is not present in libtk.so, but
is present only in libtkstub.a. This tightens up the rules for users
of the stubs interfaces. [Tcl Bug 1819422].
