* latin1Table, (InitLatin1Table): Add.
* (XKeysymToMacKeycode): Add. * (XKeysymToKeycode): Use XKeysymToMacKeycode. * (TkpSetKeycodeAndState): Ditto. * (TkpSetKeycodeAndState): Adapt modifier flags handling. * (TkpInitKeymapInfo): Update a comment.
