* macosx/tkMacOSXDraw.c: replace all (internal) use of QD region
* macosx/tkMacOSXSubwindows.c: API by HIShape API, with conversion to
* macosx/tkMacOSXWindowEvent.c QD regions only when required by legacy
* macosx/tkMacOSXPrivate.h: Carbon or Tk API.
