* macosx/tkMacOSXFont.c: remove #ifdef'd text measuring codepaths now
* macosx/tkMacOSXInit.c: known to be incorrect, cleanup obsolete text
* macosx/README: antialiasing control code, document ATSUI
text antialiasing changes.
