* library/console.tcl: (aqua & macintosh) added missing <Cmd-q>
binding for corresponding Quit menu item shortcut.
* macosx/README: updated instructions for embedded build,
added various improvements by Russell Owen.
* unix/tcl.m4: update from Tcl.
* unix/configure: regen.
