* macosx/Wish.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: add new Ttk files.
* macosx/ttkMacOSXTheme.c: standardize header #includes.
* unix/Makefile (checkstubs, checkexports): check ttk.decls, allow
export of Ttk prefixed symbols.
* generic/ttk/tkDefaultTheme.c: fix warnings.
