* macosx/tkMacOSXWm.c (TkWmMapWindow, InitialWindowBounds): fix use of
potentially stale window position in initial configure event on first
map of a window. [Bug 1476443]
(TkMacOSXWindowOffset): use modern GetWindowStructureWidths API.
