Subject: 	* macosx/tkMacOSXDraw.c
 (TkMacOSX{Setup,Restore}DrawingContext): 	Disable window flushing during
 Tk drawing to avoid immediate flush of 	NSView-based native widgets on
 draw. (fixes drawing performance issue 	reported by Youness Alaoui on
 tcl-mac)
