CursesDialog: resolve clang-tidy warnings

Fixes:

  - unnecessary bool expression (cmCursesMainForm)
  - removes a duplicate if/else branch (RegexExplorer)
  - collapses redundant if/else branch logic (CMakeSetupDialog and
    cmCursesStringWidget)
