Added CPACK_NSIS_ENABLE_UNINSTALL_BEFORE_INSTALL
If CPACK_NSIS_ENABLE_UNINSTALL_BEFORE_INSTALL is set to ON the NSIS installer will look for a previous installed version and ask the user about uninstall.
