Merge branch 'improve-variable-help-formatting' into revert-cmake-W-options
Resolve conflicts in
Help/variable/CMAKE_ERROR_DEPRECATED.rst
Help/variable/CMAKE_WARN_DEPRECATED.rst
by integrating changes from both sides.
