CMake Error in CMakeLists\.txt:
  Target "foo" has property "INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES" listed in its
  COMPATIBLE_INTERFACE_STRING property\.  This is not allowed\.  Only
  user-defined properties may appear listed in the
  COMPATIBLE_INTERFACE_STRING property\.
