Add options to enable various sanitizers
New CMAKE options (default OFF):
- SANITIZE_ADDRESS:BOOL=OFF
- SANITIZE_LINK_STATIC:BOOL=OFF
- SANITIZE_MEMORY:BOOL=OFF
- SANITIZE_THREAD:BOOL=OFF
- SANITIZE_UNDEFINED:BOOL=OFF
