Migrate ZX_WAIT_ASYNC_REPEATING to ZX_WAIT_ASYNC_ONCE
ZX_WAIT_ASYNC_REPEATING is deprecated so convert code to use
ZX_WAIT_ASYNC_ONCE instead.
