* compat/strtoull.c (strtoull):
* compat/strtoll.c (strtoll): * compat/strtoul.c (strtoul): Fixed failure to handle leading sign symbols '+' and '-' and '0X' and raise overflow errors. [Bug 440916] Also corrects prototype and errno problems.
