* unix/configure, unix/tcl.m4: revert 2005-07-28 change.
* unix/tclLoadDyld.c (TclpDlopen, TclpLoadMemory): workarounds
for bugs/changes in behaviour in Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, sync
formatting changes from HEAD.
