* doc/clipboard.n: Added documentation for "clipboard get".
* generic/tkClipboard.c (Tk_ClipboardCmd): Added "clipboard get"
subcommand [RFE: 4628].
* tests/clipboard.test: Updated to use "clipboard get" instead of
"selection get -s CLIPBOARD".
