* generic/tkEntry.c: move hard-coded ALWAYS_SHOW_SELECTION
* generic/tkInt.h: control of entry/text selection display * generic/tkText.c: based on focus to the Tcl level, * generic/tkWindow.c: controlled by ::tk::AlwaysShowSelection * library/tk.tcl: (boolean, private).
