* changes: added latest aqua bug fixes.
* macosx/tkMacOSXCarbonEvents.c: handle kEventCommandUpdateStatus
* macosx/tkMacOSXEvent.c: carbon event to dynamically enable
the 'Preferences' app menu item when proc [::tk::mac::ShowPreferences]
